In the event that a referral fee or commission must be paid on the sale of a property reducing the amount of commission received, the Buyers Rebate will be reduced the same. The Buyers Rebate (Cash Back) Program is available to members nationwide, although rebates are prohibited in some states, and by some lenders.

Currently rebates are not available in AK, IA, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NH, NJ, OK, OR, TN and WV. Rebates percentages offered by our affiliates may vary depending on local market conditions.

Please note: Rebate can also be donated, in your name, to a charity of your choice!
